- Step 1. Register in the Online Participant Matchlist
Schools that wish to participate may enter their school's information through an online form. Required information includes school name, country, name of teacher in charge, e-mail address, form of participation, number of students to participate, age of students, types of computers and method of access to the Internet, time frame of project, topics of interest to your school group, what language you wish to use, etc. Shortly after submitting the information, and after review by the GVC Project Manager, it will be added to an online Participant Matchlist available to all prospective Clubhouse participants. The supervising teacher submitting the application will also be provided access to an online Clubhouse Planning Work Room that can be used to communicate with other schools to form groups and plan their registration.
- Step 2. Find Partners
The school information submitted by applicants will be accessible to other schools interested in the Clubhouse program. Using the Cluhouse Planning Work Room, you can announce your interests and interact with schools you might like to work with, as well as others who are attracted to your information.
- Step 3. Register a Group
Two or more schools that wish to work together may register as a group. The teacher chosen to be a group leader must register the group by entering the necessary information into an online group registration form (participating schools, project time frame, Internet facilities required, project activity outline, etc.)
- Note: If you have applied for participation in the GVC Contest, you are automatically entered into the pool of potential Clubhouse participants if you have expressed interest in the Contest application. Also note that the Clubhouse-only application is available year-round. If you would like to be specially notified of the availability of the Clubhouse-only application, please use the following form...

Groups participating in the Clubhouse do not have a coordinator assigned to them to monitor their activities. However, participants may contact the GVC Project Manager to receive certain types of technical support related to the Internet facilities provided to the group. The Global Virtual Classroom will also maintain a "Teacher's Club" through which participants can share experience, tips, and ideas, including those associated with internet tech questions.
